Windows 10 Upgrade Notification: No upgrade ready message
location:

Since Windows 10 was announced that it will be free for Windows 7 and 8.1 users, that got me hyped up. There are many things I've found about Windows 10 that makes me want to have it such as DirectX 12 and Windows Aero (one of the reasons why I love Windows 7). I signed up to the Windows Insider Program and got a slow but interesting feel of the Windows 10 Preview on VMWare Player and now I'm ready for the real thing! I reserved the upgrade for Windows 10 when it comes on July 29th just to be ready.
Only problem, its August and I haven't been given a message that says Windows 10 is ready to install.
Now I've read that when Windows 10 was released on the day of its launch, that the Microsoft servers have been running at their limits si

Microsoft Admits Windows 10 Automatic Spying Cannot Be Stopped
location:

I guess all this info MS collects from Win 10 is to protect all of us stupid consumers?
By default Windows 10 Home is allowed to control your bandwidth usage, install any software it wants whenever it wants (without providing detailed information on what these updates do), display ads in the Start Menu (currently it has been limited to app advertisements), send your hardware details and any changes you make to Microsoft and even log your browser history and keystrokes which the Windows End User Licence Agreement (EULA) states you allow Microsoft to use for analysis.

location:

Every since I updated to Windows 10 my volume has been unbearably low. I have tried updating the drivers from the original manufacturer as well as using windows update but nothing seems to work. I have come to the conclusion that Windows 10 is not ready
for prime time yet unless someone can explain to me how to repair the broken audio. If not, I have no choice but to return to Windows 8.1. Please advise.

Recent Windows 10 Update & Security updates seemingly "stuck"
location:
winsecrets.com - date:
November 8, 2015
For a month or more now, I have had three Windows 10 updates stuck in the queue uninstalled. I know they say they will get installed eventually, but one is a Cumulative Update for Windows 10, and the other two are four two network printers I have and after all of this time they are getting to be quite a matter of concern. Is there any way of making them install (I've tried to install them multiple times) or deleting them from the queue, or should the finally get resolved SOMETIME in the future? Suggestions, please?

Latest Windows 10 Update 4 December 2015
location:
microsoft.com - date:
December 4, 2015
I have had to use system restore and then, when the two updates of 4/12/15 were once again added to my Vaio Ultrabook, I am having problems with using the internet. I have uninstalled these two update (one of them was KB3116908).
The messages I was getting were:
1 One or more network protocols are missing from this computer
2 The Windows Wireless Service is not running on this computer
I tried running a fix before uninstalling but after a few minutes the internet connection went down again.
I have not had this problem before and I don't have it with these updates uninstalled.
Can anyone help?
Colin
