Can't activate Windows XP after motherboard change

I've had to fit a new motherboard and cpu after the cpu failed, and do a "repair XP installation", now when I click "yes" to activate now the wallpaper appears but no activation screen. This leaves us stuck!
My XP disc is home SP2, but we had dowloaded SP3.

I tether my cell (Samsung Galaxy) to mky comp. for my internet connection. I mjade the mistake of using a hot spot (Atheros) and somehow changed my IP address to a MAC. Now I am using MY cell tethering again and it won't connect me to my wirerless HP printer.
How do I re establish a windows 7 IP address?

I'm trying to spoof my wireless MAC address in Windows 8.
Hotels have wifi internet, but you need to open a webpage to connect to it first, well Roku player does not allow you to do this. So I'm trying to spoof the MAC address so I can sign in 'being' the Roku player and then switch it back.
However, so far I have been unsuccessful, it refuses to change the MAC address for the wireless adapter (I've tried the controle panel, registry and apps to do this).
Anybody know how to force this?

When running in windows XP mode, my ip address is a generic setting

in the windows 7 setting, it is my IP address for the business network, 10.XXX.XXX.XXX but when i try to run off the windows xp compatibility mode, it is a 192.XXX.XXX.XXX and will not let me access my server or other computers due to the switch.
i have gone in and tried to manually assign the IP address with a reserved address to no avail. is there something else i need to do?

Hi all, I know this is a bit off topic as its a Windows 7 forum but I am trying to install Mac OS on the same drive as my WinXP Hard Drive.
I have created/split a 250GB and left 32GB for the Mac/Linux to install
My WinXP is installed so is there a way to add the operating system on the same drive as Windows, if so how?
Have downloaded EasyBCD...then Im lost!!
