I'm using Outlook Express mail in Windows XP. How can I change the 'READ' from West Euro (ISO) to (Windows)? (ISO is default, NO selecttion option)

I'm using Outlook Express mail in Windows XP. The Hebrew characters of the sender name and subject show as ??? and often the message body appears in giberish (I assume it's ASCII). My
'READ' International setting is Western Euro (ISO), it is grayed out and I have no option to change it to
Western Euro (Windows), (no optional drop down). My 'send
' is OK, I had the choice and it's set to (windows).

Windows 7 will not use my video card drivers

I have tried numerous video cards in my HP p6310f desktop. They were older units so I decided to buy a new one. I got a Galaxy GeForce 8400 GS PCI-Express X16, and after installing got the same issue as all the others. Windows 7 will only let me use the
Standard VGA driver and will not accept the 8400 drivers. I am wanting to use 2 monitors, but I can't get it to detect the other port. Please help. Thank you

My windows 8 will not recognise my external device (Satnav) which is 18 months old and was registered on my windows XP. How can I enable its recognition on windows 8 so that I can update the maps?

Ive tried to download software to enable the satnav to be recognised by my new computer system but it doesn't work. I got as far as clicking on 'Install' , a message window opened saying "please wait one moment", nothing happened and I waited 1/2 an hour
but the message remained on the screen and nothing else happened. I tried the process several times without any success. Does this mean that I am not going to be able to update my satnav maps?

How can I find out what is the cause? A virus scan produced no result.
Somthing running constanly must be making it happen. The gadget Network Meter shows that it is evenly spaced.

Windows 8 Crashes after installing second video card in SLI

I recently purchased my second GTX 560Ti for my system with the intent of running them in SLI but after installing the second card after a few hours my 2 center monitors or all of them at once would go out at random times followed by a system restart whether
i was gaming or just browsing the web or watching videos, no blue screen just the center 2 monitors, which are running on my card in the first slot, would go dead followed by all the monitors going black and ending in my system restarting. I've since tried
uninstalling and re-installing all the drivers for my system including my graphics drivers and i've tried running the cards out of SLI since and i still get the same issue. Any recommendations before I begin th

Tried to update my league today after fixing my computer due to a cracked screen and I got a error that was cannot load direct3d. Reinstalled Direct3d nothing and then as i went to update my video care I cant find it anywhere. Been all over google trying to find out what card I have but no luck.
