If I try to purchase a product code to add windows 8 media center pack, via Windows Update 'Add features', the screen will not accept a UK postcode.
I am currently using the computer in Spain, but payment method is UK based.

Hello everyone, this has got me beat, but I know you guys will have answers . . . .
At the moment I dual boot Windows 7 and Windows 8.
I have just added Media Centre to 8 (yes I've got my key = 10days) and all went smoothly . . . until the dreaded alert 'TV Tuner not Detected' !!
Of course it works perfectly on the Win7 partition, but is there any way for it to be recognized in the Windows 8 Partition?
Or is the only way to eventually lose my Windows 7 and rely totally on Windows 8. Presumably the TV Tuner Card would then be detected. TV Tuner card is AVerMedia A336 MiniCard Hybrid DVB-T and driver up to date.

Please help me through this problem.i upgraded to windows 8 trough my windows 7 PC.When i purchased it from the shop and tested it i found that it worked well and when i activated it by giving the product key,it got activated.After a few days i got a key
from windows website when i tried to upgrade to media center,i got the key,I Followed the instructions when pasted the key it writes your key works continue when ready.When i click next it says activate windows.But i had already did it and Computer says its
activated i want windows media center.please help me.Thank You.

I upgraded to Windows 8 media center pro for a computer that I use a HTPC / DVR - and received notice that it could take from 24 - 72 hours. It's now been over 96 hours.

I see that Windows 8 Media Center Pack is free but when i enter my email address (tried 3 different email address) it just says "We coundn't process your order".
Its been like that for days now.How do i get my key so i can download Windows 8 Media Center?

I purchased Windows 8 Pro Upgrade today and installed windows 8 pro
I see that Windows 8 Media Center Pack is free and gave my email for product key
Its been over 5 hours now and no email has been sent and I see online that lot of people have had same problem and they also have not got email with product key
Is there a problem with there system and when will it be fixed as I have not seen any official reply yet to explain why people are not getting the email with product key
This needs a answer as its not good the first day of windows 8 been released and the offer not been given to those who has asked
I understand if its a server problem and there overloaded with requests but can anyone from Microsoft please update as to why we are
