Windows 8 - How Do I Stop Mouse Auto Select

I recently bought a new laptop with Windows 8. I cannot figure out how to stop the mouse from auto clicking whatever I might hover over too long. I checked the settings and the box is checked to double click but it still happens. What else could be causing
this?

Hi
I have desktop PC running on windows 8 64 bit. Initially in December 2012, after side by side installation of MS Office 2010 and Office 2013 more than one-half of space in Drive C: of 100 GB was free.
By end of April 2013 free space became reduced to less than 8 GB in Drive C: I uninstalled camera software FinePix from Drive C: and eventually installed it in External Drive D:
On May 1 2013 I removed all partitions of the hard disk.
As on that date Drive C: showed 60.7 GB free of 148 GB.
I did not install any additional program thereafter.
I also did not save any file in Drive C: except 3 screenshots of less than a total size of 500 KB.
I used to delete all browsing history and downloaded

I bought a Dell Inspiron 15 a week ago with windows 8 inside and now all the apps are gone. There are no tiles. The screen is blank. I think that it was not a good idea to buy a computer with this os. I will try to go back to windows 7 . I think that this
should not happen in a good and stable operating system!

For windows 8, how do you get it so that the Notifications tray appears on all the taskbars, not only the primary monitor?

Well, basically self explanatory. I am using multiple monitors, and I find it really irritating when I need the notification area on my taskbar on one monitor, but it's on a different monitor! Any way to get it so that the Notifications tray appears on
all the taskbars?

'You must be an administrator in order to install.

One of these apps that has been removed is the one that I need to access my Kodak EasyShare Z1085 IS program. I now have pretty much a worthless 350.00 camera because Kodak no longer has it available. WTH? How am I suppose to be able to use my camera or
download any pictures? I ABSOLUTELY am holding Microsoft responsible for this!!!
