How can I force Windows 8 to install non digitally signed drivers for hardware items?

I am trying to install my TrackIR 5 device but Windows 8 refuses to install the supplied drivers.
The program installs and runs but the hardware won't work because the drivers won't install.
This device is installed and working perfectly on my Windows 7 64 Bit computer.
Any help would be great.

All other versions of Windows will allow you to install unsigned drivers for hardware.
WHY won't Windows 8? There should be a work around for this.
How does Microsoft expect consumers to test all functions and compatibility when it blocks third party drivers?.
At least my Windows 7 Edition will give me the option to install.
This looks like a Apple type ploy to lock down operating systems.

I bought Windows 8 pro, installed it over Windows 7 pro, and I hate it! How do I downgrade without losing functionality of programs etc.? The upgrade was easy, but I doubt the downgrade will be. Help!!

Alright, so my idiot friend decided to try and download windows 8 using the same one he bought and just entering the same product key.
(shut up, I know)
I bought windows 8 & have the product key for the one I bought but I can't use my product key on the version he installed.
So, what I need to do is uninstall windows 8 and then reinstall the one I just bought for windows 8.
so.... how do I do that?

How do I format Windows 8 and install Windows 7?

There was a similar question asked before, but the site says that the last reply was 241 days ago and that I should start a new thread. So here it is.
It seems like no matter what I do, I cannot get rid of Win 8. I have the discs and product key for Windows 7, I have changed the boot order in the bios, and I have even tried to just install Windows 7 over 8 (Yeah, I know... bad idea). Nothing works.
It seems that when starting the computer, it scans the disc and then loads Win 8 anyway. Is there a way to force the disc to be read upon start up? Or can I just format Win 8 and get to a dos prompt? Anything??? Something??

Is it risky to install unsigned drivers if Windows recomends them?

I have two drivers, both virtual Wifi mini-port adapters that i right click and try to update while in device manager. Windows seems to be able to find an update but its marked in red and the publisher cant be verified. Can I go ahead and try it anyway?
p.s. I have already applied one hotfix recommended by Windows because Connectify was causing my system to BSOD every time I tried to connect my Android phone to the Connectify wifi signal.

I have a new laptop a DELL 15z 5523 / Win 8, it's utterly useless, has no card games, no standard microsoft applications like windows 7 or Vista,
I purchased Windows 7 and want to either remove Win8 or use two operating systems, but I have no luck finding the local C hard drive when trying to install windows 7, I partitioned the hard drive and formatted it via Windows 8 Disk management , I'd like
to (keep the Win 8 as a fall back OS) and when trying to install Win 7 the software does not see the C drive.
