Windows 8 Metro Apps (Like Windows Store) get stuck on splash screen

Hello.
when I just installed windows 8, I could run the Windows Store, Bing search and more.
now, when I run metro apps, the Logo moves from the center to the top left corner. have these "dots of loading" moving. but nothing happens.
after installing windows 8. and saw that this worked. I installed Kaspersky 2013 internet security, installed Visual Studio 2012 express. and changed the Windows Language appearance from Hebrew to English.
I don't know from what point it stopped working.
My screen resolution is 1050x1680. I tried using a local account. a live account. tried to "Refresh" - that didn't work at all. at the beginning it asks me to put media with the windows 8 installation or a recovery disc. I tried

Thought I'd get something going here in terms of the Windows 8 apps store for the "Modern UI" or Start Screen.
There isn't much to choose from so far, hopefully we'll start seeing more useful apps in the next few months.
Some of my favorite choices for the free apps category;

Windows 8 missing apps

Hello,
I installed Windows 8 with the program PWBOOT in USB disk drive and some of the apps in the metro Start Screen they didn't installed. Also the Windows store app is missing so I can't download the apps from the Windows 8 store. What should I do to bring em there? I also have a Windows 8 disc. Can I write em without deleting all the third party desktop apps? If so then how?

Problems with Windows 8 Pro Apps!

Hi all,
I am experiencing major issues with certain apps on Windows 8 Pro which I installed on my laptop when it was released last year. My problems started only last week and have come across 3 apps with issues as follows:-
1. Mail App - This app was working fine but now no emails are downloaded to app and now states "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" is unavailable.
2. Internet Explorer App - This was working fine but now displays no website at all and keeps asking me to reset the connection of which offers no resolve.
3. Store App - I can not enter the store app to update or load new apps.
Can anyone offer a soloution to the above as I just run out of ideas? Apart from backing up my files, blitzin

Can I try windows 8 free before buying?

I am not sure I will like the new windows, so I would like to down load, install and try it for a month or so before I register So can I down load and purchase later? I f I do not like it can I uninstall and have windows 7 back as it is now?

i have dell inspiron 15r se laptop. all were working fine but now apps came pre installed with windows 8 people,mail,messaging,camera not working at all. when i click to open any app it just gets exited automatically. when i try to open camera app its
gives an error " sorry, the camera app can't be used with with version of windows". i wonder its was pre installed and was working fine few days ago.
please help me out with this problem. thanx !

Hi guys , just signed up to this forum as it seems like its great for windows help and other things.
I just brought a new every day medium range laptop after my PC gave up after about 8 years. Its a; HP Pavilion g6-2230sa 15.6" AMD A8-4500M processorWindows 8Memory: 8 GBHard drive: 750gb And after a few hours of getting my head around windows 8 in general i really like it, its soft and easy on the eye. It makes things more personal well it feels like it does anyways haha. Ive been using my laptop for browsing,downloading and a little bit of gaming and have come across only two problems which are the following. If any one could tell me the problem or any sort of resolution it would be very grate full.
