Keep Windows 8 "start screen" OPEN on multi monitor setup

Looks like this question has been asked before, however I wanted to express my frustration with this as well and hopefully gain some momentum here in getting a fix.  What would be GREAT is with a multi monitor setup to be able to KEEP the start screen UP whenever a new app is either launched or a desktop program is launched.  It makes NO SENSE what so ever to hide the start screen.  What is the point of the live tiles then?? NOTHING they are useless. PLEASE fix this.

windows 8 pro start screen color

I use windows 8 pro and after a week the start screen (Main screen) changing the color quality to low level like 8-bit. And after few minutes it is fine then If I restart then the same low color with negative is happening only on start screen but however on the desktop color is fine 32-bit. I have checked the video drivers all are fine.  I use intel core 2 duo processor 2.5 Ghz with 2 gb ram with GT 8400 1 gb graphics card. I am a technician. Please give me the solution.

How do I disable the sign on screen at the start up of windows 8? I want windows 8 to start up with no sign on for any user.
