windows 8 versus Android

Hey Folks, I know I'm way off base here but I didn't know who to ask and this seemed like a better bet than anything. Here goes:
Can I get rid of the Android OS on my Galaxy Note phone and replace it with Windows. I bought the phone outright so it is not locked to any service; also it is the AT&T version (1717) with an improved processor package. I hate Google and would love to remove it from my life completely.

Applications running on previous versions of Windows should be made compatible with Windows 8 ARM.

In the case of above mention problem, i am sure microsoft is having tough times to get all current Windows legacy app developer to move into new Windows Tablet platform,ARM.
I got a suggestion here that might help up.
In consideration of time and money spend to re-develop the whole legacy app to run new platform, I am quite understand why a lot of developers reluctant to move. Instead of asking them to move, why don't Microsoft make a conversion tool to convert all legacy
app source code from old development platform to new development platform. You can even make the tool able to convert from Microsoft Development Language A (VB.Net) to Language B (C#), or even better, from Apple/Android Programming Language Source Code to

I can't reset Windows 8 on a Tablet
location:

I am having trouble resetting my Windows 8 tablet. It is asking to me to insert Windows 8 installation media and start the process again. This is a tablet, I looked in the Disk Management and there seems to be a recovery partition. There is no recovery
program from Samsung on this tablet since it is a SSD lower than 64GB. I have called Samsung and they have said they are escalating the issue. I want to know what you guys can say about this. I looked in the hidden recovery partition and the only file in it
is install.wim. Other partitions were WinRE and a few others with no label. This issue also happens when refreshing the tablet as well.

Windows 8 WORST on TABLET
location:
8forums.com - date:
August 17, 2012
Everyone says Windows 8 is supposed to be great on tablets. It's not. It's actually significantly worse than windows 7.
Issues:
Two finger right click removed-In 7, right clicking on a touchscreen was an instant two finger tap. Now it's a 2- second hold.
Touch flicks removed-Actually useful touch gestures
No start button-A hot corner is fine for the mouse, but it takes swipe-wait-tap to open the start menu on a tablet.
OSK popover removed-no more popover when selecting a text field
OSK Not resizable
Javascript "apps" destroy my "weak" processor-I can't run cut the rope smoothly on Windows 8, while it runs smoothly on those atom phones and on those really cheap android tabs.
