Windows 8 apps are installed/uninstalled on a per user basis only

See http://social.technet.microsoft.com/...e-f04e8905943a
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/libr.../hh464929.aspx
Users acquire your app from the Windows Store as an app package. Windows uses information in an app package to install the app on a per-user basis, and ensure that all traces of the app are gone from the device after all users who installed the app uninstall it.
Windows installs and registers the app for the user who purchased it... When a user uninstalls your app, Windows removes the app only for that user. Application data for the app is also removed from the computer on a per-user basis. If multiple users have installed your app, all users must uninstall the app before it is removed from the comp

System-wide spellcheck (and maybe grammar check), or at least in IE
IE Favourites sync, which needs to be in IE9 to be useful
Home Premium upgrade version is less than $100, other versions in similar range
In Enterprise version, allow for disabling of Metro Start
Remove the registry, at least in the ARM version. It's a chunk of legacy code that simply has bad juju
Blu-ray support, weather built in or as a $20-40 online purchase directly from Microsoft
Built in basic capabilities, such as a PDF viewer
Improved file extractor, with support for formats other than .zip

Windows 8 Apps (Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, TuneIn) will not stream

Windows 8 Apps (Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, TuneIn) will not stream
I went ahead and updated the OS on my ASUS G76VW-DS71 to Windows 8. Everything seems to be working fine, except for on thing:
None of the streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu Plus, TuneIn, Youtube) will actually stream anything. The apps starts up and I can select a video, but when I press play the streaming will not start (Netflix get stuck on 97%). I can stream from all the services if
I use a web browser but not from the Windows 8 apps. Also, the Skype app immediately shuts down when trying to open it up.
Any ideas what the cause is and how to fix it?
The Windows Firewall is allowing the apps to pass through. I also turned it off but it did not help.

Windows 8 Apps slow load and restarts after some minutes
location:
microsoft.com - date:
January 4, 2013
I would like to ask about loading times on some windows 8 apps. I just bought a new Sony laptop with windows 8, I was waiting for it for just about a year ago. Some apps, like mail, store, skype, skydrive, takes long time to load, some times it just show
the "chasing points" or the "big app icon" in the middle of the screen. Some times, it took up to 1 minute to launch. Is it related with the internet bandwith? Because no matters if it just started windows or have been running for some time, it is always
that way.
