Thank you for submitting your system certification. Unfortunately, your system does not have enough RAM to support our programs.
You are welcome to upgrade your RAM so that you have at minimum 2.0 GB Available. It must be available, not total and resubmit another certification to confirm. If you have questions or need assistance, please give me a call.

and reinstall Windows 7 program that I still have. It doesn't seem that Windows 8 is suited for me and I don't know what to about it

You didn't get my entire question. Basically Windows 8, that I just purchase at the was recommendation of my tech support contact, does not work for me like Windows 7. Can you have both Windows installed at the same time or can I uninstall Windows 8
and reinstall Windows 7 that I still have. I just purchased MS office 2013 hoping that might help me . And what would happen to what I've done with Windows 8 so far?

Easy Transfer Windows 7 to 8 - How do I find what language it used
location:
microsoft.com - date:
February 25, 2013
I have setup Window 8 upgraded from Windows 7. Easy Transfer will not transfer setting as it says it is a different language. I am Australian so the old Windows 7 could have been US, UK or Australian English - I am not sure which as I work in all of
them on different systems and programs but if I change Windows 8 to each of these (and remove the others so only one language is shown) it still will not transfer setting under any of these.

Windows 7 - What's using all the ram?
location:
microsoft.com - date:
April 5, 2013
I'm running Windows 7 32-bit, with 3.5GB RAM available. Task Manager is showing a commit size of around 5.5GB, 154MB cached, 230MB available, 70MB free (numbers vary by the second, but are around this). The processes show what I estimate is a commit size
of around 2GB total (that's with "show processes from all users" checked).
What's using the rest of the RAM?
Far as I recall this strange behaviour started after I installed IE10, but I'm not 100% sure that's the case.

my HP laptop has windows 7 ultimate, but I do not have the disk of windows 7 ultimate, How can I create a copy of windows 7 ultimte or a bootable disk in case something goes wrong
location:
microsoft.com - date:
April 9, 2013
My notebook was just repaired from HP because it stopped working 8 months after I bought it, now I have it back, but I do not have a
disk of the windows 7 ultimate that is installed on the computer. This make me feel uneasy, but HP does not want to sell to me the disk of the installed windows 7 ultimate, and so I would like to be able to create a bootable diskette of the windows
7 ultimate, in case something else happens. HP sent me a restore set of diskette, when the problems started, but they did not work, and I have no idea if the original disk would have done any good, considering that apparently it was a BIOS problem. Can you
give me instructions about how to do it.
Thanks
Tina

Cannot access shared file from Windows 7 machine "You do not have permission to access..."
location:

I have a windows XP Dell that has a Quickbooks folder on it. I have always shared this folder between two XP machines. I upgraded one machine to Windows 7. The Windows 7 machine can see the XP machine, can see the shared file, but gets an error that says...
Windows cannot access \\HOLLYS-PC\Intuit
You do not have permission to access \\HOLLYS-PC\\Intuit. Contact your network administrator to request access.
I have followed file sharing instructions on both machines AND have no HOMEGROUP set on the 7 machine.
