windows 7 boots to safe mode and won't let you boot out. Evidence of intrusion.

When I booted windows 7 this morning it went straight to safe mode and I'm still trying to get out of it. I have tried restore all the way back to 3/27/13 and tried Last Known Good Configuation and MS Fixit. Also scanned with Malwarebytes and MS essentials.
Finally got it back to where it looks normal and allows me to use the internet, but still says "safe mode" in all 4 corners and won't allow me to turn on real time protection. Any one else experience this problem?

location:

Hello!
I am new to this forum(posting any way). I have read some earlier posts the last couple of days.
I help a client with a computer that BSODs at the windows graphical interface right after it has started which takes quite a long time, also in safe mode.
This makes it impossible to collect the minidump-file to post here basically.
First he could not display labels and one couldn't even read the text on task manager. He BSOD'd if he pressed Start. The Stop is 0x000000050(can't remember the number of zeros). After running the "repair"-option after pressing F8 at the start of the computer, we were able to see the start button and labels etc, also the text on the task manager. This stop mentioned win32k.sys.
but now inst

I'm trying to resolve an issue(remotely, I'm in California, he's in Kentucky) that my father-in-law is having with his computer after Norton tech support jacked his system, trying to fix his norton install.
I'm not entirely sure what all was done with the system, but I am currently trying to get his wireless card reinstalled, so that we can connect the system to the internet.
After a little digging this system is using a trendnet TEW-441PI wireless adapter. I had him download the drivers to a thumbdrive, copy them to the system and install them. The installation wizard fails because of an issue with windows installer service(We searched for the error, and found another helpful post from this forum), this seems to stem from the fact that t

Windows 7 unable to boot in normal or safe mode
location:

Hello guys,
I've been attempting to fix my laptop for the past 4 hours and nothing seems to be working so I thought I would try my luck in this forum. Here's what's going on:
When I turn it on, it loads the compaq screen, then says "windows is loading files".
It then attempts to take me to the startup repair screen, but cannot load the startup repair options and just stays at a blue screen (NOT the blue screen of death).
I am unable to start the computer in safe mode as it gets to the same screen and does the same thing.
I have accessed the boot options screen and loaded windows from the disk in an attempt the repair it that way but I can not restore the computer from an earlier point in time and startup repair does

Windows 7 Update Boot Error
Maybe this should be under Windows update problems, however I'm not positive that it is an update problem. I have no clue why this is happening. I am running windows 7 64
My computer has been trying to do a system update for awhile. I would shut down the computer. Then upon boot up the computer would try to install the files. When windows would load, the load would fail and the computer would restart. Then the computer would remove the changes and reboot. Finally the computer would boot normally only to still need an update (obviously).
Today the computer is booting up getting to the windows loading screen only to cause the computer to "reboot". The problem is the computer will never reboot from
