How to:Rotate screen in Windows 7 by a shortcut.

original title: Rotate screen in Windows 7 by a shortcut. Other answers tell that Shift+Alt+Arrows must do the trick. Nevertheless, only "Control Panel - Display" dialog works for me.
There are two reasons for shortcuting the task:
Have you tried to rotate a GUI while GUI is being rotated? The option is supposed to utilize the rotatable monitors - some texts are easier to read in portrait, others in landscape. This suggests that flipping is supposed to take place tens of times every day.
What do I miss?

Windows 7 automatic screenshot downsizing?
location:
7forums.com - date:
April 18, 2010
I just switched over to Win 7 Ultimate 64 bit from XP SP3, and for the most part it's a better OS so far. However there are some things I have issues with, for example in a program I use called TotalMedia Theatre from Arcsoft, the screenshots I take of video footage get resized to almost half their original resolution, and from 2.63 MB to roughly 800 KB.
I'm using the same version of the software as I did on XP, so it's not that.
Is there a setting that keeps the original quality of screenshots in tact?
Also, the Windows Picture Viewer in 7 doesn't appear to have an option for saving/renaming file extensions without going into Paint for example. Is there something I'm missing there?
Any help is much appreciated!

How to insert a Macro into Word 2010 in Windows 7 & Assign Shortcut
location:

I cannot find up to date, step by step instructions on creating a macro in Word 2010 on Windows 7.
While in Word, View, I see Create Macros.
And I can name it and paste in this info below.
Sub PrintCurrentPage()
Application.PrintOut Range:=wdPrintCurrentPage
End Sub
But how do I assign a keyboard short cut to it? Is there a youtube video that is up to date on this?
Thanks.

Windows 7 shortcut (CTRL+ALT+Down) overrides application hotkey
location:
winsecrets.com - date:

One of my applications uses CTRL+ALT+Down as a standard shortcut (which I frequently used on my old Vista system). Now in Windows 7 this shortcut is assigned to "Move window down" (ie. turn it on its head). How can I make sure that my application shortcut is used in the application? I wouldn't mind deactivating this upside-down Windows 7 shortcut altogether.
Thanks in advance!

Panic!!
I don't know if this problem is just for the Swedish market or all markets...
I work for a company that sells air conditioning units. On our network we have a folder with several hundred of subfolders containing documentation for all the units. If a document can be used for more than one machine, the pdf-file is placed in a main folder, and I create shortcuts to that pdf in the appropriate folders.
When I had XP a file that was a shortcut was automatically named
Genväg till xxxxx.pdf
Now when I create a shortcut it is named:
xxxxxx.pdf - genväg
I have several thousand shortcuts named in XP. They are easy to see as they all are together (at G in alphabetical order). So now I have to manually re-name all the shortcuts I am creati
