Deploying IE10 for Windows 7 from WSUS - Error: 0x80070643

Hi
We use WSUS 3.0 and have recently manually added Ie10 which has been sent to a few test users.
It appears looking at the windows update logs it tries to install IE10 but fails daily with the error code 0x80070643 Code:

Get RSAT + "Gpedit.MSC" for Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1

Hi, I had an error lately where I couldn't activate my Visio 2010 having this error: (0x80070005). I found out that this is a group policy problem and I need a program called "gpedit.msc".
Some further assistance would be appreciated for this error.

I tried to install RSAT, (actually there were four files gpedit.msc but they had no Snap-In) because I thought that this problem then would help me continue fixing my error.
So where can I get RSAT for Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1 + "Gpedit.MSC"?

Windows 7 and Vista clients don't update Service pack from WSUS Server

The service packs (SP1 for 7 and SP2 for Vista) have been approved for install. Clients just don't detect that SPs being available on the server.
I ran WSUS Detection tool from Microsoft and it said 'passed' and clients are able to contact WSUS Server.
