Windows 7 aero theme not working?

i try everything to get this custom theme working i tryed universal theme patcher but when i restart my computer it just says please wait and just goes on and of and keeps saying please wait
i try patching the files with Uxstyle that dont work
when i load the theme it goes into the windows Classic theme :/
can someone help tho teamview or just help?

Windows 7 Aero Theme with High Contrast

I seem to have High Contrast constantly stuck on and I don't know how to turn it off. I was streaming a game online and let my Livestream Procaster automatically set my computers theme to Windows Classic. When I was done and switched back to a normal Aero theme (I just clicked on the Windows 7 one and changed the desktop and colour to what I wanted) but the desktop background image is maintaining a very high contrast and the image looks horrid. Aside from that, my Google Chrome keeps popping a message up at me that says "You have High Contrast mode enabled. Would you like to install our High Contrast extension and a dark theme?"
I've tried changing my theme to different Aero ones, I've tried turning off settings in Ease of Acces

Hi all I'm new to the forum, I've been searching everywhere for a means to change the aero glass background like what I saw on this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-JjPLr9Z9VQ&annotation_id=annotation_660905&feature=iv for Vista and on deviantart where there was this really cool Victorian glass wallpaper effect: Victorian Glass 7 VS by ~Deviantnoob on deviantART I was just wondering if it is possible to do this on Windows 7 as well. I think it'd be really interesting to experiment with different styles that look really smart.

How to enable touch gesture for touch input instead of pen only like in windows 7 (touch flicks)

Hi, I just updated to windows 8 and noticed that the touch gestures that worked with touch in windows 7 do not work anymore in windows 8. It works with the pen but I would like to be able to activate it also for touch. I did not find any options for it
in the appropriate settings: Configuration Panel-Material and audi0-Pen and Touch. I understand that it is not activated by default because it could get confusing for some people but it would be very nice to let use activate it if we want it. It is very usefull!
Please help me or tell me where to leave this feedback so it can be heard by the right people

Hi! Shon here.. Today I will show you how to enable transparency and all the aero effects in Windows 7 Home Basic and Starter.
1.Download Aero PatchWindows 7 Starter and Home Basic by shikharev (Direct link) :

2. Install the software and then run them. Log Off n On again or Restart the system. All the Aero Affects and Transparency will be enabled as long as the software are installed on the system.

Hello everybody,
I was looking for a good theme for my laptop and then i founded this: Browsing deviantART
I have completed the rocketdock,fonts,start orb and wallpaper... but when i open the universal theme patcher and click patch on all 3 file versions it says "Restart your computer to see the effect".I restarted the laptop but nothing happened.. How can it work?

Windows 7: Aero Theme Unavailable And Desktop Window Manager Session not working

AMD Pheonom 9350e Quad-Core Processor
4.0GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GT 220
Problem:
Started up the computer yesterday morning, Aero theme unavailable resulting in Classic Theme being default one. Desktop Window Manager Session Module not started on Services, neither is dwm.exe process in Task Manager. Basically I'm in over my head. Thought
it was an easy fix but on further look, more issues have arose.
"Desktop window Manager Session Manager- Module missing or moved. System Error 126"
Aero Troubleshoot- no problems
Microsoft Fix It- Troubleshooting cannot continue because an error has occured
Tried to force enable Aero
• UseMachineCheck with Value 0
• Blur with Value
