How to Enable Aero in Windows 7 in unsupported Graphics

Hello,
I have Dell Dimension 2400,I installed Windows 7 x86 successfully.Of course all drivers also.
I want to enable Aero in my window.Is there any hack or Utility software to enable Aero for my unsupported Graphics Card or I have to change my PCI VGA Card?

However, this is for Windows 7, not Vista.
Scenario:
On a 3 screen (1920x1080 each) setup ran on an ATI HD4890 (1gb RAM, running 2 screens) + HD 3450 (256mb RAM, running 1 screen), whenever anything graphic intensive is put onto the screen hosted by the HD3450, Windows will complain "The color scheme has been

I don't know why this is but none of the instructions related to windows 7 seem to resemble what I am seeing on screen. My biggest hangup at the moment is with the "theme" of windows 7 which in theory one can change to the classic windows version - only
the "personalization" routines outlined on several websites, inlcuding microsoft's seem to apply.
so how does one get the classic them anyways?
and how do I retrieve the function of the taskbar where rolling over any open programs gets you a preview of the window? it has disappeared and i can't see the option to bring it back.
