Can't connect Bluetooth Headphones to Windows 7. Error code-0x80004005

These are the bluetooth headphones - Creative 51EF0450AA001 WP-300 Wireless Headphones: Amazon.co.uk: Electronics
I bought a cheap USB bluetooth dongle to enable my PC to connect to my bluetooth devices and these headphones don't work. My PC pairs fine with my phone so I don't think anything is wrong with the USB. It discovers the headphones when I try to add a bluetooth devices and recognises them as headphones but when I go to add the device I get this error:
"Adding the device failed resulting in an unknown error. The reported error code is:0x80004005."
I've had a look and I've read a few things about Windows 7 not supporting A2DP but I don't really understand what to do about it.
Any help would be great, thanks!

Problem getting sound to Bluetooth Stereo Headset with Windows 7 PC?
location:
microsoft.com - date:
August 17, 2010
Rocketfish RF-MAB2. Successfully paired and recognized by Win 7 (32 bit), it is displayed in Devices and Printers, when I turn it on Windows displays a message that Bluetooth Connection Successful (requires AVRCP), BT v.2.1; however, no sound is delivered
to the headset from any application (Windows Media Player, Zune, iTunes).
The properties for the device says Device status: This device is working properly (Services have the following items checked to use the service: Audion Sink, Headset, Remote Control). When I right click on the sound icon (right side of Windows tray) and
select Playback devices, the headset is not listed but my other two sets of speakers are listed (I have checked to Show Disabled Devices and to Show Disconnected

Original title : Motorola S10-HD Bluetooth Stereo Headset
Can the Motorola S10-HR be made to be compatible with Windows 7? I have a dell InspironN7110 and it won't recognize the headphones. I found a site, Broadcom.com which says they have a driver that you can download for compatibility.
Anyone have advice? Anyone heard of this site? Or anyone have any other alternatives?
Thanks,

Windows 7 not recognizing FAT32 formatted devices / Windows asks to format any USB device formatted with FAT32
location:
microsoft.com - date:
September 25, 2012
I have a question concerning Windows not recognizing USB devices formatted in FAT32.
The biggest symptom is Windows asking to format any device that has FAT32 (the file format shows as RAW in Disk Management. The format will fail unless NTFS is used (which is unacceptable for SD cards used in cameras etc.)
I have a Toshiba Satellite P755 with one USB 3 port and three USB 2 ports running Windows 7 64bit. Apparently computer type and for the most part device type is irrelevant regarding this issue after doing some exhaustive research.
1. I have tried SFC / SCANNOW with no results
2. I uninstalled all USB drivers and SD card device drivers with no results
3. I created a new profile and moved my files over wi
