location:

We got a Samsung T404G and we are unable to successfully connect to our laptop running Windows 7 via Bluetooth. There is a connection, but when I try to send pictures or videos from the phone to the laptop, the progress will get to anywhere between 10-65% then the connection will fail. After that it wont connect at all.
Any ideas how this can be fixed?
Thanks!

Bluetooth headset Motorola S805 not working with Windows 7
location:
microsoft.com - date:
December 29, 2009
The headset worked just fine with Windows Vista on my HP HDX 18T laptop until I upgraded to Win 7 recently. The headset is detected by Win 7 but the OS is unable to find the required dirvers. It directs me to a software updater on the Broadcomm website but
the installer fails midway saying its unable to identify the device. I contacted HP support and updated the bluetooth software but the problem persists. HP suggested that I revert to Vista and upgrade to Win 7 from it rather than a do a clean install, but
I cannot do that because I need more partitions on my harddrive than the default Vista istallation on HP allows.

How to connect my Windows 7 PC to the Internet via Bluetooth on my Windows Mobile 6.1 phone?
location:
microsoft.com - date:
December 28, 2009
I am having trouble connecting to the Internet on my laptop running Windows 7, over Bluetooth, connected to my mobile phone running Windows Mobile 6.1.
The phone is a Samsung Omnia GT-B7610 and can access the Internet via 3G.
I can pair up the phone with Windows 7 via Bluetooth without a problem, however I still cannot access the Internet on the PC. The process I am using is:
- Pair up phone and PC by selecting Devices and Printers > Add a device, etc. etc. The device is successfully added.
- Network and Sharing Center > Set up a new connection or network > Connect to the Internet > Set up a new connection anyway > Dial-up. There is supposed to be a Bluetooth option on this screen but I don't have

I have an Anycom Bluetooth USB-250 UHE device that I'm trying to get working on my new Win7 machine (a Gateway DX4840 desktop). I want to pair it with my Plantronics 590 headset. This combination has worked fine on my old XP and Vista machines, but it
doesn't work here on Win7.
I've already gone down a lot of installing and troubleshooting pathways. Look at
http://home.comcast.net/~kenatsun/bluetooth.doc for some screen shots showing the results so far:
UpperLeft: The device shows up in "Devices and Printers". UpperRight: Its properties. LowerLeft: But this comes up every time I boot the computer. I don't know what the "MTP Bluetooth Device" is. Is it the same thing as the Anycom devi

location:
7forums.com - date:
April 17, 2012
Hi - I have 2 laptops one (First one) with Windows 7 upgraded from Vista and the other (Second One) Windows 7 clean install.
I recently got a Bluetooth Dongle (USB 2.0 MINI BLUETOOTH V2.0 EDR DONGLE - a.k.a CSR Bluetooth USB dongle) and tried on both the laptops. Here is my problem - On the first computer (Vista upgraded to Windows 7) it installs as CSR Bluetooth Device under device manager (driver file is btcusb.sys) and it does not work at all. Cannot find bluetooth devices nor devices could find by computer.
On the second computer (Windows 7 clean install NOT an upgrade) it installs as Bluetooth Radios [ Generic Bluetooth Radio & Microsoft Bluetooth Emulator - driver files are bthport.sys, BTHUSB.SYS, fsquirt.exe & bthenum.sy
