Unable to execute, error 5 access denied.

Recently whenever I have attempted to install virtually any program, I've been constantly receiving this error message "unable to execute file in the temporary directory error 5 access is denied". From several google searches I have understood that the general cause of this error message is a lack of privileges regarding the temp folder. However this has not helped me since I have the permissions required so I cannot give myself them. I've found a few suggestions to use the "hidden" administrator account or make another administrator account and install via those, this does not work either. This has only begun happening recently and I would prefer to fix the issue instead of restoring/formatting.

Backup error - bad sector on hard drive
location:

I have several friends and family members that I have set up to use Acronis for weekly backups. I visited one of them yesterday, and no backups have completed for the last five months. She is running Acronis TI Home 2009.
The first thing we did was check her anti-malware stuff. She has both MSE and Webroot running. We got the latest updates for Webroot installed. Next, I checked the Acronis log file, and it showed something like: "unable to find volume name XXX", which made no sense. This was the location to write the backup - apparently her partition information had changed.
I fired up the scheduled task, and edited it to write the correct location. After 15 minutes we got an error message something like "fail to read data

Can't run backup error code: 0x80041321 and seldomly get message saying copy of windows is non-genuine

I have tried everything that I've read in other forums like this, but nothing works. I've been told that I just need to get a windows recovery disk, but don't have funds for that at the moment. There is one thing I can think of that caused this though;
when I first got this laptop, my D: drive, which contained the original system image, was formatted and the original system image was deleted . . . I'll admit, my mistake. Some friends of mine told me that this could have caused the problem instead of being
a victim of counterfeiting. Any suggestions on fixing the problem before I go buy the recovery disk would be great!

Windows won't repair or start. error# 0x80070002
location:

Hi there!
Last night before I went to bed there was a Windows update, and this morning when I turned the pc on, it just went to this screen saying that something was wrong and i needed to repair.
I clicked the repair box, but it didn't wanna do that.
So I went into the system recovery tool to go back to (the only restore point) which is yesterday, but when I try and do that, it says "Details: An unspecified error occurred during System Restore. (0x80070002)
I don't know alot about computers, and I'm currently writing this on my laptop, since I can't enter my computer in any way
Can anyone help me out here?

Cheers

Unable to boot, error 0xc0000428
location:

Hello all,
My computer (Dell Latitude D830, running Windows 7 Enterprise 32-bit) won't boot. The situation arose after a BSOD incident, but I have been trying for months to fix it and think I'm getting close. The auto-recovery tool on the install disc has not been able to fix anything. I have searched quite a bit on sevenforums for my error below but haven't found a solution that works for me.
Currently, upon booting I get error code 0xc0000428 for \Windows\system32\winload.exe. This screenshot is identical to mine:
I am unable to get past this screen, so tried using the command line on my installation disc to try and disable driver signature enforcement. I navigated to \Windows\System32 (where bcdedit.exe lives, not sure if that was n

Backup error: The handle is invalid
location:
7forums.com - date:

I have setup the backup utility to use my network drive and create an image and copy the my doc folder. When I run the utility it will go through it's process for a long time before providing the following error information:
Check your backup
One of the backup files could not be created.
Details: The handle is invalid.
Error code: 0x8078002A
I am unfamiliar with what the error means and when I go to the network drive the backup zip files say they are also corrupt. Has anyone come across this, or have an idea as to what the problem may be?
Thanks in advance, hopefully I have provided all the necessary information.
