Is Windows 8 System Builder available in the Philippines...
location:

I live in the Philippines and recently built a new Z77 Desktop from scratch. The problem is that I can't seem to find anything pertaining to the System Builder version of Windows 8 in the Philippine Microsoft website. Is the System Builder not available
in my country? I know that PC enthusiasts are a minority over here but it would certainly be unfortunate if Microsoft chose not to offer the System Builder in the Philippines for that reason...
The reason I'm asking now is that I recently read an article that Microsoft will apparently bump up the price of Windows 8 licenses next month (February 2013)...

virtual windows server and workstations system requirements and config
location:
7forums.com - date:
February 28, 2013
I am currently enrolled in a college course on networking, which be followed next semester by a course on Windows Server 2008 R2. Through Dream Spark I have Windows Server 2008 R2 and various versions of Windows 7 available free of charge. The household budget cannot support more than one extra computer with two monitors.
My desire is to tinker with a client server network here at home without impacting the other computers in the house. I am thinking that a test machine is my best choice to accomplish this. Ideally I would like to have a Windows 7 Professional, x64 host with a virtualized network employing a Windows Server and a Windows 7 client. I would like to be able to view the server on one monitor and the client on a second monitor

I can say that when I asked about OC , I run Prime95 Test (Blend mode) and with 100% CPU , temp. was 60-65 degrees Celsius. I didnt OC it. Note : Guest OS is 32-bit. Im using VMware Player. In this question I want to say, I can set all max. but that can Overheat. I want max. settings without risk of overheating.
