Create system image failed - "not enough space on disk"
location:

Hi there,
I am facing a problem with the backup program of Windows 8. My computer (Asus with 250SSD) disk is new and I just installed my programs. Now I want to create a System Image using Windows. The image should be around 50go. Everything works fine until I get a message error saying my external disk does not have enough space, which is impossible since it is completely empty (500go).
Did anyone have ever meet that problem and/or have advices to help me? I would like to solve that and not be forced to used another way to backup.
Thank you,
Vari

System requirements for NVidia GTX580?
location:

So, my GT230 is getting to become unbearable in that the performance is miserable for almost every single game. I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card, which in the past is a process which never goes well. I've been looking at the NVidia GeForce 500 series, ending up fixating on the 580, which has the right PCI-e specifications for my motherboard (I really don't want to have to change anything more than the PSU and graphics card), which is PCI-e x16 2.0.
The motherboard specifications are here. If I move the TV tuner card up to the top PCI-e x1 slot, there is enough space for the GTX 580, which takes up the space of two PCI faceplates.
I've always been nervous about GPUs as powerful ones always seem to have crazy unspecified cables that do

I tried posting this in BSODs and crash debugging, but I just got ignored. I became annoyed, since this is a SERIOUS problem that's been persisting for more than a month. I've provided as many possible details about the machine as I can, and I've listed all of my tests and diagnostics. Please read the whole post. Specs: Mobo: Asus M4A89TD Pro USB3

Hi
Trying to install a driver that worked fine in W7 updated last night to Windows 8.
The soundcard worked for a while but was bombing out so I uninstalled.
When reinstalling after a reboot and clean no matter if I try update driver and locate, use a specific sound, audio device and games controller or the legacy route I get the same issue. Seems to start the process the get the message
"the system cannot find the path specified"
I have posted in the manufacturers forum but no solution yet. Its the only hardware thats not working - help please.
Thanks

system restore running for 8 hours
location:
winsecrets.com - date:

I am running Windows XP SP3 on a Dell desktop Computer. I started a system restore back 3 weeks ago around 9AM this morning and it is still running 8 hours later. I have the blue screen with the Windows XP logo showing. I can hear the hard drive working, but this is way too long for it to be running. I did try shutting down, but power button did not work, so I shut the power strip off. I booted back into safe mode and tried last known configuration and also just safe mode, but computer comes back to the same blue screen with logo. Should I just let it keep running and see what happens by tomorrow, or is there another answer out there you can help me with. I had a problem with Javascript not working right and went back to before my l
