So I am looking to buy a Windows 8 laptop for gaming and lots of processing with Movie Maker. I already know that I need to look into graphics cards for a good gaming laptop. But I want a laptop that is really good at processing movies with Movie Maker.
Well, it's not the actual processing phase, but the ability to look at all the photos and video in the storyboard before processing without heavy lag. My current computer is really slow, because every time I try to click on a photo or video in the storyboard,
Movie Maker freezes for 2 minutes before finally having that photo or video highlighted. This is because I make movies that have a VERY large amount of content, and I want a laptop that can accommodate the large files so editin

But i'm not sure if i'm at risk for any legal action if I do. I used a lot of images from the windows 8 developer preview and i was wondering if Microsoft could/would sue me for copyright infringement if I shared the theme. I feel like I would be fine to share it here but not so much at a website such as deviantart where its more focused around posting things that are completely your own work. What do you guys think? Would you even be interested in it?
I spent about 3 days on it just doing it the manual way with gimp and restorator, figuring out which image does what through trial and error. It's my first ever windows theme but I'm pretty experienced with android theming, which is a similar process overall. I've got it themed down to a

Disable the touchscreen for a Windows 8 laptop?

I have a Dell XPS L702x notorious for having ghost clicking issues, where the touchscreen randomly "clicks" on arbitrary areas of the screen (mine seems to be in the lower right hand corner, often minimizing all my open windows or opening the calendar),
and through the upgrade to Windows 8 it seems as though an old N-Trig driver went missing which let me disable the touchscreen. Now I have no way to turn off the touchscreen, and while Google has suggested unclicking "User your finger as an input device" under
Pen and Touch, I don't even have that checkbox available to un-click!
So: How can I disable the touchscreen on my laptop or is there a program that can do that for me? I am uninterested in actually using the touchscreen -- I'm m
