How to get Windows 8 Explorer remember Folder views?

Where is the option of remembering the folder views that apply to all folders under the Folder Options - > View as we have in earlier operating systems?  We usually find "Folder Options..." under Tools in Windows Explorer, but not any more in Windows 8. Hi, I just bought an Asus UX32VD with Windows 8 (64 bit) I bought a new SSD to install, but am having trouble figuring out how to get windows onto it. I tried creating the recovery disk on USB but that didn't work. I've read through a bunch of these forums, lots of info out there but I'm confused what I need to do. How can I copy windows, swap drives, then put windows on the new SSD? Can I use USB? I do not have a dvd drive. Is there a step by step instruction somewhere? Also note, the new SSD is smaller than the OEM supplied HDD. Thanks in advance! Brad

 Microsoft needs to pull Windows 8 off the market until it is a reliable helpful technology toolI only switched to Windows 8 because when my very old reliable computers using XP and windows 7 died I could not find anything but computers with windows 8 pre-installed.. I went through hours and hours of pain to update windows 7 64-bit to windows 8 32-bit and ended up doing a clean install. Problem was once I started installing my 64-bit programs nothing was working so I noticed that windows 32-bit was installed. Microsoft told me that 64-bit is not available for download upgrade. Where do I get 64-bit cheap? I don't want to pay the $99 but do I have to bite the bullet?

How to get Windows 8 Media Center if running Windows 8 Enterprise?

I have a Windows 8 PC with Windows 8 Enterporise installed. I want to install Media Center. Can I downgrade my Windows licence to Windows 8 PRO or do I have to buy a separate Windows 8 PRO licence? Can I dual boot Windows 8 Enterprise and Windows 8 PRO, or is there a better way? Is there a suitable 3rd party Media Center product for Windows 8?
