I just tried to send an email and Windows Live Mail did an automatic update. I couldn't send an email without it. When the computer re-booted all of my contacts are gone. Help, I'm not a computer expert but how can I retrieve them? All of my calendar works but no contacts. Wish it was the opposite....I'd tellyou the version but I don't know how to find it. I don't "sign in" when I get my email. But now even if I needed to that part is "frozen", can't type anything there. Hope someone can help. Thanks

I have gone into the people charm on my start page, there is a list of all my contacts both mail and Facebook.  I have added and edited them there but when I go to send an email and want to include them I have to physically type the new ones in.  Please tell me how to sync or get directly into my gmail contacts.  Thank you

Problems sending emails with Windows 8 Mail App

Original Title: problems sending emails   I have been using windows 8 mail for a couple of months with no problems, but at the beginning of march I noticed a second sent folder down the left hand side of the page and instead of all the emails I was sending being sent and going into the original sent folder they were going into this duplicate folder and not getting sent. I think if I was able to delete this second duplicate sent folder it would resolve the problem but I seem unable to do this please help
