Event Id 1

I'm running Windows 8.1 Pro x64.
I just began to get an Event ID 1 in my event log at boot time. It's only a warning and can probably be ignored it but curious minds like to know what is causing it and possibly how to fix it. Here's all the specifics as recorded in my event log:
The backing-file for the real-time session "DiagLog" has reached its maximum size. As a result, new events will not be logged to this session until space becomes available. This error is often caused by starting a trace session in real-time mode without having any real-time consumers. - System - Provider [ Name] Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-EventTracing [ Guid] {B675EC37-BDB6-4648-BC92-F3FDC74D3CA2} EventID 1 Ve

DistributedCOM Event ID 10016
location:
8forums.com - date:

Believe it or not - at least for the moment - I'm down to only one Event Log Error in Windows 8.1. The DistributedCom Event ID 10016 appears to be some sort of Permission problem. I have Googled/Binged this Error and have a couple of threads that tell you how to make it go away. However, the threads assume you are fairly aware of all the obvious stuff in Windows concerning Permissions. I'm not! Is there a detailed screen shot by screen shot procedure out there for people like me? If not, since this seems to be a pretty common problem, could one of the experts on this site please give me some step by step help using the information in the screen shot I have attached. Thanks. Others might find this helpful too.

Event ID 10 Error 0x80041003
location:

Hello everyone.
Please excuse my ignorance as I am not that technically adept. I have concerns over these recurring error messages on my new PC.
I have searched and searched for a fix; there are just so many out there and they all appear to stem from different causes; I do not have a clue what is causing them.
Also I keep getting a "Task Host Window Error" at shutdown. Researching that led to me to find the ID 10 error in the event log. I have never put anything but genuine software on my PC 's for 15 years and always use a good anti virus.
Please help.
Many thanks in anticipation of any help available.
dan.

he told me windows 7 is out of warrenty is this correct? My system freezes up requiring me to manually power down then up again to be able to use my system again. It occurs when I am online or on my desktop

Event ID 10 error 0x80041003

I seem to be plagued with this error on fresh installs, fully updated, of Ultimate x64 or x64 sp1.
I'm wondering if the solution in this kb article just stops the actual logging of the event to the event viewer or actually addresses the issue. I ask because the language here is a little misleading, and i don't know enough of vb to interpret the script. Quote:

Event ID 10 (0x80041003) - Random and frequent BSOD
location:

Hi forum
im getting frequent BSOD errors on my home computer while im at work, i notice these as i access my home machine from logmein quite frequently, but they also occur when my system is on stand by.
I havnt been able to figure out what sets it off, but i get the following in the event viewer every time..
Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.
When this happens, the computer does not simply reboot, it will either try
