Hi Team,
I purchased sony laptop 1 month back. when i found the laptop is not working properly, i refreshed my laptop on saturday 18-05-2013. after that it was working fine. i received the message windows updates are ready to install.. in the same day, to install
windwos update please restart the laptop. then i restarted my laptop. that time i start getting message '' your pc is offline please sign in with last password used on this pc''. i never changed my password. i am using the same password from the date of purchased.
i dont know what i have to do. when i start my laptop the internet connection is showing disconnected. i am using wifi connection.

I've been using W8 for months now and all of a sudden, whilst traveling, I cannot log into my computer. I get the error "Your PC is offline. Please sign in with the last password used on this PC." I am certain I am using the correct password. I have a
flash drive and another laptop(Running OS X) at my disposal. What do I do to gain access to my laptop?

Last week I bought a brand new Asus laptop model K55A. All had been running smoothly with no problems, however when I tried to sign in today (after previously working fine earlier today, then a shutdown, and restart a few hours later) I could not sign in.
The message I am getting either says 'your pc is offline, please enter the last password you used on this computer' OR 'That password is incorrect. Make sure you're using the password for your Microsoft account' and then gives the address to visit to reset

Original Title: Problem: Guest account does not work even after enabling due to profile issues.
After enabling the Guest account on this system, attempts to log in under this account fail with the "user profile cannot be loaded" message. Based on information I found online about this error, I checked HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList
to see if a key existed for Guest (it doesn't). I also checked the Windows application log and found the following entries:

Windows 7 Blue Screen Of Death Loop, Cannot log onto my Primary Hard Drive, Help needed please

Hi,
I have the Blue screen of death problem after my system starts up, just before
windows loads up it occurs and the instantly restarts before i have a chance to read it, and then loops until i manually hold the power button down on my computer.
I have tried repairing windows, and i have done a windows error check but they find no problems.
I have also tried using the Windows 7 disk to repair but it still finds nothing wrong.
I am lucky i have 2
hard drives as i am on my second drive at the moment, my primary drive has the problem and i cant even get into it as a result of the Blue Screen
Any Help would be appreciated, Just to let you know i am not the best at computing
so further explanations may be needed

Cannot log onto a Microsoft email account on new Windows 8 machine and can't create another user account

When I tried to login onto my new computer, windows 8 didn't allow me. Perhaps since I already had another windows 8 machine in the house.
Anyway, it let me login with just a userID. And now that I try to create another user account on Windows 8 after I go through all steps, at the end it gives me Error Code: 0X0000225.
I need help please.

Well I recently reinstalled my windows 8 on my Lenovo laptop because of inability to bootup. The problem that caused this I think was when I was playing SWTOR and was getting frequent lag spikes of 100% disk usage, I thought I should install some updates. I believe they were nVidia updates from the windows update in the control panel. The updates caused my computer to become frozen for an extended period of time so I forced reboot. It went through 'Preparing automatic repair' infinite loops every time I tried to reboot afterwards.
Now I have completely reset my disk and reinstalled windows 8 from a protected partition on my disk, but after logging in for the first time and doing the first round of updates, I'm stuck on this messag

Every time I try to sign into my HP Pavillion g7 it says "Your PC is offline Please sign in with the last password used on this PC." I have already reset my password twice because this issue came up while I was at my grandparents' house; my four year old
daughter was trying to get onto my computer and she wasn't sure what the password was. So like any four year old, she entered a bunch of numbers and letters without knowing what she was doing. Anyway, she locked my computer. Pleasse help!! All of my school
