Installed Windows8-RT-KB2849636-x64 No Windows 8.1 Preview after reboot

I'm running Windows 8 Pro (vlsc) and I downloaded the preview from http://preview.windows.com and the file I received is:   Windows8-RT-KB2849636-x64   The update installed, I received a notification to reboot, it configured updates, and when it came back up I logged in and voila...no Windows 8.1 :(   I'm curious if the reason this isn't working is because my version of Windows 8 Pro is a volume license edition.
