Original title: Windows Security/Resetting Changed Passwords/Security Questions
A friend found herself locked out of her computer. She has an administrator account, and when she attempted to log on after a few hours of downtime, her password and security questions were changed. Nobody else has physical access to her computer and I
am assuming it may be a virus...Is there any way she can get into the system and reset everything? She's using Windows 7. Thanks all!

Can't open using the Build-in Administrator Account
location:

I only have one account on my computer, which appear to be "Build-in Administrator". I can do everything on my computer, but the only thing that I can't is open all the programs that It came by default when you install the Windows 8 Pro (messaging, music, new, photos, videos, weather, reader, skydive, sport, store, camera, travel, games and etc).
Every time I tried to open one of them it says; "Photos (or any) can't be opened using the Build-in Administrator Account. Sign in with a different account and try again" Can any one please assist me with that?
Greatly appreciate.

Win 7: Recreate Corrupted Administrator Account Using Safe Mode
location:

Win7 (64), SP1 on desktop. I cannot access my Administrator Account as "User Profile cannot be found," but the password still works. This leaves only my User Account with Administrator priviledges, which can't delete or create accounts. I think I have made
the necessary changes and now I have to recreate the account in Safe Mode, where I have little experience. Are there any instructions I need before trying this? Can I recreate the same account, or must it be replaced?

I know it's says you have to open another account to rune metro apps, but it's annoying to create an account whine you have all sitting in your administrator account.
So is there any way to fix it with out open another account?
Regards
