Lost Windows 8 Media Center Pack product key

I received the Media Center Pack product key but can't find it in my Hotmail files. I think I might have deleted it. Can I get a new key or am I out of luck for the free Media Center?

received the Windows-8 Media Center Pack product key and when I installed I got Failure configuring Windows updates. I the got the same message on some Windows-8 updates and found a web site with "Fix It" button. I did this and the last Windows-8 updates
installed with no problems. I then requested another key and when it came yesterday I tried to install. I used copy and paste for inserting the product key and received a message, "This key won't work. Check it and, or try a different key. I requested
another key and just this evening tried it. I got the same message. What next?

I have not received my product key for my Windows 8 Media Center Pack. I ordered it a week or so ago. Now they are charging for it? How do I get Microsoft to email me my key. It is well past the 72 hours now.

Original title: The Windows 8 Media Center and resolution change.
Media Center opens fine. It mostly plays videos from the hard drive fine. Photos and other features all seem okay. However, when I try to play a DVD, the resolution changes and I see the following message:
"CANNOT PLAY DVD The DVD may be in use by another application. If all other applications are closed, the video resolution may need to be lowered or the display connection type may not support playback of the DVD."
The size of the cursor (arrow) is much larger, the font size increases and the screen is bordered vertically by black bars.
I have been searching for an answer but haven't had any luck.
Any help would be very much appreciated!

Hi, I have Windows 8 Pro and when trying to download Media Center, It says that it can't process my order, even though I entered a different address, and I waited 4 days. Now I have tried this address, and it still is not working.At the time of submission,
that one was associated with my computer. What's up?

Haven't receive Windows 8 Media Center product key (144 hours later)

Hello,
During the Christmas festive season I upgraded my Windows 7 Media Center PC to Windows 8. As Media Center on Windows 8 now requires a product key before the feature can be added, I requested a key as per the "Add Features" website http://windows.microsoft.com/en-AU/windows-8/feature-packs
A waited the 72 hours for the confirmation (product key) email, and then waited some more as it was New Year etc.
144 hours later (excluding public holidays) I am still waiting for the product key.
I have tried to request another key, but this isn't allowed, due to T&C's (one email - one key from what i can work out). Also checked spam etc etc. No joy...

Problem installing windows 8 media center

When I attempt to install windows 8 media center on one or 4 computers on a home wifi network ( all running Windows 8 Pro) I get the message "couldn't add features".I have tried at least 8 times but I continue to get the same result. I was able to install
it successfully on the other 3 computers on the first try.

Just requested product key for Windows 8 media center yesterday. What happens if I don't receive the product key before the time limit for activation, which is tomorrow? Is there a way to get the key before it's too late, if it doesn't come by email?
