How can I put an icon on my windows 7 desktop that I purchased in the windows 8 store like games? I purchased the MahJong Suite 2013 in the windows 8 store and it automatically had an icon on both windows 8 desktop as well as my windows 7 desktop. I
have another game I purchased called word search and would like that icon to be on my windows 7 desktop because I don't want to use the windows 8 anymore, I don't like it, too many problems so will stick with my windows 7 but want the other game I purchased.
Does anyone know how I can get it to my windows 7 desktop? Also how do I go back to my windows 7 and get rid of the windows 8 update that I installed. I really don't like it at all. Thanks.

I had a Vista Laptop running Office 2007 which I downloaded from the net and paid for some time ago.
I have upgraded to Win8 knowing that I had to re-install it but how will I find my product ID for my MS Office and then next problem where do I stick it so that it will load up office?
I was expecting MS to give me some guidance here after I had got Win8 working.

If I replace my 32-bit Windows 7 with a 64-bit version, do I still keep my old files, mac address and domain network settings?

We purchased RAM for one of our PCs, an upgrade from 4gb to 8gb. Naturally, we now need to upgrade from Windows 7 32-bit to 64-bit.
Our PCs are running on a domain network within a University network. We experienced some issues with one of our PCs recently, so I re-installed Windows 32-bit (without formatting). After which I simply installed the motherboard's network card drivers, and with
one or two small settings we were back on the domain network. The previous data was saved in the Windows.old folder, so we retained all our old data and the Windows re-installation fixed all the problems we had.
So it is clear that a 32-bit reinstallation keeps all neccessary settings to immediately get back onto the domain network. My question

I am considering reserving Windows 10 for both of my Windows 7 computers. I can only do this if I can downgrade without having to go through a lot of problems. If I get Windows 10 on my machines and I don't like it, can I simply revert by using an older
backup? Will my license still work for Windows 7?
To be clear: I am NOT asking how to revert. I am asking if my license will still be legal for a Windows 7 install. I have full system backups. I make them every week. I do not want to go back to a Windows 7 system backup and discover that my license is no
longer valid for Windows 7.
