I’m hoping someone can help me here, I’m having some issues with my brand new computer since doing a windows 7 update. The machine orginally came with Windows Vista Premium Home addition & 4G of Ram , Right of the box I decided to upgrade the ram to 8G and and do the windows 7 upgrade. Immediately after doing the windows 7 Upgrade I started getting the blue screen and memory dump errors along with the failed update 604 errors. I called Microsoft and they told me that I had take 4G out of the machine because they were finding that machines with more than 4G of ram when they ran the Windows 7 Upgrade was a problem. After hours on the phone with Microsoft and no resolution in site, and trying everything they said, the system

I tried to run the debugging report but no matter what I do I crash and just keep rebooting. I can't run anything. I took my pc to a friends and we reinstalled windows, ran a stress test and no crashes, take it home start up and crash. I'm not great with computers so any advice?

I'm getting a memory dump restart every once in awhile and I don't know the cause. This is a brand new PC built part by part so I'm not certain if it's hardware or software related. Any help would be much appreciated.
Here's the dmp file: (change extension from txt back to dmp)

Hi,
I have recently installed Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and I am having the same problem over and over. It started about 24 hours after initial installation. I closed my laptop, which was set to sleep and obtain a password on opening. When I did open it some odd hours later I got a blue screen with a fair amount of writing that I didn't have to read all of...but the top title said "IRQL not less or equal" then there was some random 0's and numbers then a memory dump at the bottom before the laptop rebooted. Upon reboot it gave me some info which I shall post shortly. I have tried system restores, manually installing windows updates one at a time, closing the laptop, opening the laptop, etc, i even took the obtain password off so that

windows 7 blue screen memory dump

My windows 7 laptop just started giving me a BSOD and memory dump error. It has happened 2x 5/29 & 6/5. Only thing I can think that has been done is installed Photo shop Elements 9 on 5/29. Both times I have gotten the blue screen I was using IE. It
pops up so fast and does a memory dump then restarts itself, so I didn't get the error code? Can someone please help me troubleshoot this new problem. I tried reading some of the previous but didn't quite understand exactly what I need to do to get someone
to look at my logs to solve this problem.
