Yesterday I was browsing through the Windows 8 tablets and I found one made of Asus which is offered for $399 (a discount of $100) on Microsoft store, but today I just didn't find the link to that page anywhere?

New ASUS Windows 8 notebook still displaying "Configuring Windows features 100% complete Do not turn off your computer"

Since buying my new ASUS Windows 8 notebook it has taken nearly 10 hours to to install the 42 "Windows updates",and the 22 "Apps updates, and running a restart where "Configuring Windows features 100% complete Do not turn off your computer" sat on my
screen for 40 minutes. I can't believe that this is 2013 technology. I dread how long it will take to install Office - should I take the computer back to the seller?

so, a few days ago, i was touching the screen and it does not work, also i just got my laptop about a week ago...and i was looking all over my laptop and i see at the bottom right hand side, it used to have a little keyboard sign to show it is keyboard
touchscreen and now, i am not sure how do you put the touchscreen back on, please help!!!!

ASUS Windows 8 Random Freezing (please help)

This has been happening for a while, my computer will randomly freeze up, most the time I can move my mouse around but my internet seems to cut out (cant load any pages), all applications start to not respond, and it takes around 1-3 minutes to unfreeze.I was looking at other threads that seemed to not help really, but I guess I could upload my event log in eventvwr if that might help.I have a ASUS G46V gaming laptop.

Asus USB-N53 Wireless Network Adapter cannot find the 5Ghz network in Windows 8

I am currently using the MSDN release of Windows 8. When I was using Windows 7, my dual band wireless N adapter used to be able to find and connect to the 5Ghz network, but in Windows 8 it is unable to find it. It does not show up on the list of available
networks. I have set the SSID to be broadcast, so it should be there, but it isn't.
Attempting to manually connect by entering in the SSID and password key does not work either. It still will not appear on the list of available networks.
I am able to connect to the 2.4Ghz network just fine, so it seems to be an issue with Windows' ability to detect the 5Ghz network.

Clean install Windows 8 Pro on new ASUS laptop

Just bought a new ASUS laptop which was preinstalled with Win8. I want to clean install win8 pro with UEFI support. However, everytime I get a message during the setup process that "The key does not match any of the images blah blah blah". I do not
get to the screen to enter my paid for code. The preinstalled OS key is hard coded into the BIOS. I upgraded the BIOS but still cannot clean install windows 8. Why???
